Use short-form civil service application for substitute bus drivers, teacher aides, and all subs except sub teachers and sub clerical; Use teaching application for teacher positions and sub teachers and the long civil service form for clerical.  Also include a Letter of Intent, Resume, 3 Letters of Recommendation as well as a copy of a high school, college, GED diploma OR a school transcript must accompany application and send the package to:
