My School Bucks – The convenient, secure and easy way to prepay your child’s meals.

My School Bucks is your online portal to prepay meals, and to view account balances and transactions for your student’s meals. It is available anytime, anywhere and can be accessed via an app for smartphones. By having money in each child’s account prior to entering the cafeteria, we find the lunch lines move along much faster and your child has more time to eat and be with friends. It is convenient, secure and easy.

To Enroll in My School Bucks:

Simply go to their website at My School Bucks and create your account. If you have more than one child in the District, you can handle all online prepayments from the same online account.

• You will need your child’s nine digit student ID number and school ZIP code.
• To find the nine digit Student ID, please contact me at kwright@nccscougar.org or by phone at 518-298-8242 extension 1009.

Things to know:

• Payments may be made through an existing PayPal account or with a major credit, debit card, or checking account.
• In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed to cover My School Bucks bank fees. Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the fee once per deposit transaction. To offset the cost of this convenience fee, Chartwells, the District’s Food Service Department will continue to provide one FREE meal for your child for every twenty (20) prepaid meals you put on each account.

Payments made by cash or check are always welcome. Checks should be made payable to Northeastern Clinton Central School District (NCCS), Meals. Please be sure to include your child’s first and last name with any type of payment.
