Hello RP Families,

Thank you for taking the time to check in with your school counselor. On this page, you will find I have listed resources and links to help you and your family manage the daily tasks of parenting during the COVID 19 pandemic. I hope you find these resources valuable in caring for your child's social emotional well being.

Please know that you can reach me daily by email; woconnell@nccscougar.org or by voicemail; 518-297-7211. Below I have provided a link for you or your child to complete as needed. The link, Daily Student Check-In Form can be completed as needed to communicate with me when you would like me to contact you.

I wish you and your family a safe and healthy time ahead.
