Another component of Rouses Point Elementary's comprehensive school counseling program is developmental classroom lessons. Many topics are covered through these lessons including but not limited to; Character Education, Friendship, Manners, Problem Solving, Anti Bullying, Self-Awareness, Career Exploration and Diversity. Each classroom recieves five weeks of direct instruction from the counselor with the opportunity for additional lessons based upon classroom needs.
